A solitary T'Telir night-fisherman who works the bay after dark to avoid the licensing fee. Occasionally takes side-work for the city's slumlords weighting bodies and dropping them into the harbour to drift on the current. He talks to the sea, and is accustomed to it talking back. STD:WB:Ch 52
