A Vorin devotary in Urithiru whose stated charge is the care of those *who have trouble with their minds* — patients consolidated from across the princedoms when the kingdoms gathered at the tower. Its monastery sits in the dark inward corridors of the fourth floor near the Aladar princedom. Its treatment regimen is the same regardless of diagnosis: lock the patient in a quiet, lightless cell; deny blankets or sheets that could be used to strangle; keep the *mentally deficient* away from each other lest they feed off one another's melancholy.
