An elderly Veden infantry veteran in a tent of the wounded at Vedenar — clean uniform, missing right arm, patch of a platoon that no longer exists. He has the stare of a man who has watched everyone he served with die. He fought against the Alethi at Slickrock under Brightlord Nalanar's second infantry, and tells Dalinar frankly that the Veden civil war was a nightmare not because of who he fought, but because nobody on either side would stop killing.
