Hall of the Fallen

A large open building in Raoden's reclaimed quarter of Elantris — the second structure Kahar cleaned, originally meant as a meeting hall — where the Hoed are gathered off the streets and laid out together so that members of Raoden's band can walk among them and speak softly.
