Renarin's scaffold

A wooden construction built by Glys and Tumi in the Spiritual Realm from a memory of monastery scaffolding Renarin saw in his youth. It surrounds a cloudy glass pillar — a kind of window into a vision Dalinar and Navani are walking — and lets Shallan, Renarin, and Rlain watch the Desolations from outside without entering, with clearer panels at the spots where the glass thins.
