Riino

A wrinkled, completely bald Shin fortuneteller who lives alone in a stone lighthouse at the tip of an obsidian peninsula in Shadesmar. He calls himself the Rii Oracle and offers paying customers a reading at the start of a highstorm, using a head-sized crystalline globe that catches the storm's light. He charges in Stormlight and trades supplies and canned goods to the rare travellers who put in at his lighthouse. SA:OB:Ch 97
