Highprince Sebarial's Shattered Plains camp. More town than fortification: rounded roofs, flagstoned streets, dense tenements shouldered together for windbreak, packed with permanent civilian residents — tailors, artisans, cooks, manufactories, glassblowers — and only a handful of soldiers. - SA:WoR:Ch 47 The white-marbled house and the road out toward the Outer Market frame the chapter's two settings.
- SA:WoR:Ch 55 Adolin and Kaladin collect Shallan from a manor in Sebarial's warcamp, the only camp Kaladin notes as resembling a real city — complete with farmers carrying crem and reeds to lavis fields on the southwest hills.
