The Palanaeum proper: an inverted pyramid carved down into the rock beneath Kharbranth's Conclave, with balcony walkways spiralling around all four walls in a square stair. Lit only by emerald lamps — hundreds of them — that double as the Kharbranthian royal treasury. SA:WoK:Ch 33
