A large Elendel carriage company at the north edge of the Octant — landaus, surreys, and a fleet of standardised black Barrington road-coaches each marked on the side by a silver-painted Cett-house shield. Run by a Cett proprietor and staffed, illegally, by a Coinshot runner who scouts busy corners and a Rioter who drums up trade by stoking urgency in passersby — a violation of the Allomantic Agreement of '94 that does not currently concern Wax.
