Attractor Fabrial

A new Navani fabrial design: a large garnet in a lacework wire suspension that pulls moisture out of the surrounding air, pooling it around itself and shedding it off two metal rods. First used at the Plains under improvised tarp pavilions to keep bowstrings dry for Roion's archers. SA:WoR:Ch 82
