Moonlight points out that the half-finished Bilming skyline — variety-of-style houses that nonetheless feel uncanny in their uniformity, sleek-and-fortress towers, exposed-girder skeletons, metal-roofed buildings with patinas — was all designed by one architect Telsin elevated five years ago, in a *Taldain* movement she calls *brutalism*.
