Crimson Moon

One of the twelve moons that orbit and seethe over Tress's world; the moon that pours crimson spores onto the Crimson Sea below it. Seen at dusk by Tress from the prow of the Crow's Song as the ship approaches the border: a vast red sphere on the horizon with the sun hovering above it like an eager sibling, mirror image to the Verdant Moon sinking at the ship's stern.
