The Girl Who Looked Up
A children's story told to Shallan in her father's home and remembered with a player's troupe-staging: a girl in a scarf, alone in a village living perpetually in the shadow of a wall that has always been there. She climbs the wall, finds steps on the far side, and learns that the wall was raised to keep the villagers *in* — not evils *out*. SA:OB:Ch 25
