An enormous indoor shopping district in Azimir, roofed by a magnificent bronze dome, in which the Oathgate control building sits like a monument. The Azish have turned the dome into a reverse fortress around the control building — outer exits barricaded, a wooden corridor walled off around the building, and the only legitimate path out climbing to a circumferential ledge on the dome's interior rim and down again — meant to confuse anyone who tries to come through the Oathgate uninvited.
