Never widely effective, enjoyed by enthusiasts. Mraize practises with one at the Narak meeting, loading a bolt mounted with a gemstone; Shallan reads the message — paired with anti-Stormlight in the gemstone, this device becomes a weapon that can kill a Radiant and its spren.
