Lusintia
A short honorspren with chin-length hair who wears stiff jacket-and-trousers that read as a uniform without being one. She was the spren assigned to introduce Veil to Lasting Integrity when she first arrived, and is among the crowd that greets the fortress's returning High Judge. SA:RoW:Ch 78
