An older Tashikki scribe, the deputy scribe of immigration on duty at one of the Yeddaw guard towers. Wrapped in a yellow shiqua with the face down, spectacles on a furrowed cleft chin; happiest in the sun with his folders, and willing to trade information for infused spheres. SA:ED:Ch 3
