A scientist at Lady ZoBell's party in spectacularly plaid suiting, the author of a paper on the *Higgens effect* and a correspondent of Professor Hanlanaze. He recognises Wayne's Hanlanaze impersonation by reputation and is then panicked into fleeing the party when Wayne tells him a static-electric variant of his life's work is already three years closer to completion in another lab.
