A kingdom on Roshar's far western coast, considered by its neighbors Iri to be a vassal of the Iriali Triumvirate — Westerners with pale skin and blond hair who go about less covered than the Vorin east finds proper. Adolin's Plate came east out of Rira when Dalinar's first wife and her brother fled across the world with the family's heirloom Shards. SA:OB:Ch 16
