Roshone
also known as Brightlord Roshone
A lighteyes once attached to the court at Kholinar, exiled to the rural backwater of Hearthstone by Elhokar after some Kholinar-silversmith affair — and there set up as citylord with no further oversight, where his bitterness over his fall settled on the surgeon Lirin's family and pushed Kaladin's brother Tien into Amaram's army. SA:WoR:Ch 62
Wistiow's replacement as citylord of Hearthstone — a bitter, banished lighteyes who manipulates the town's gratitude into fear. Has implied to the townsfolk that Lirin should not be paid for his surgery work, choking off the family's donations. SA:WoK:Ch 31 superseded at SA:WoR:Ch 62
A lighteyes Kaladin remembers from his past, listed among those he names as corrupt — a beautiful silk over a rotting corpse. SA:WoK:Ch 4 superseded at SA:WoK:Ch 31
