A reclusive bald Shin man living in a small box of a house near the statue garden inside Lasting Integrity; the honorspren suffer him because of the novelty that he emerges from his home only once every sixteen days exactly. He does not appear to eat, bathe, or empty a chamber pot, and speaks a language Shallan does not recognise. SA:RoW:Ch 75
