Prime of Emul, whose nation has been broken by the war with Tukar and the Voidbringer assault. Often referred to simply by his country's name. At the first meeting of the coalition he speaks first and demands that the allies reclaim Emul from the parshmen and then conquer Tukar from the god-king who claims their land. SA:OB:Ch 96
