Wayfarer Observation Room

A nondescript little building in a Bilming warehouse district, hatched into from below. Once a captive of the Set climbs the ladder it triggers the trick: one wall comes alive with a moving image of a ruined city under falling ash. The room next door holds the projector throwing the picture against the back of a sheet, so no beam of light cuts the chamber to give the illusion away. A second door opens onto a real street in a real city alive with electric light. It is the back side of the lie the Community has been raised on for generations. MB2:TLM:Ch 68
