Windblades

The signature rock formations that rise from the stone around Kholinar like the fins of some giant creature mostly buried beneath the surface — large curves of stone glittering with red, white, and orange strata. Kholinar's outer city walls are partly built on top of the outer windblades; from above Kaladin can see the lower fortifications sprout straight from the rock. SA:OB:Ch 60
