A small Malwish device — perhaps an inch and a half across — that an Allomancer can pre-charge by burning cadmium into it. Once thrown, it bursts a bubble of slowed time around itself for about ten minutes, trapping anyone caught inside. Built around tightly-regulated ettmetal; rare even on the Southern Continent.
