The governing council of Returned gods of the Court of Gods, which handles Hallandren's day-to-day governance because the God King is above mundane judgments. The God King communicates only with his priests; when he speaks at all, they relay the judgment to the world. Bluefingers tells Siri she may attend its sessions but not sit on it. STD:WB:Ch 6
