The Pantheon of Returned
also known as Will of the Pantheon, Will of Hallandren
The collective body of the Returned gods and goddesses of the court sitting as a voting assembly. After their priests debate, each god gives a verdict — green flag for assent, red for refusal — through their high priest. The aggregate is the *Will of the Pantheon*, which is also the *Will of Hallandren*; only the God King may veto it. STD:WB:Ch 49
