The Luthadel dressmaker who cuts Vin's blue parley gown — apparently not for the first time, given how cleanly the work is done. He sends the finished dress with a note for Lady Heir explaining the alterations: chest and bodice tightened for jumping, skirts cut to resist flaring, vial-slots inside each cuff, and a hidden ripple along each forearm shaped to hide a strapped dagger.
