Fountain Square

The central public plaza of Luthadel. A raised central patio with four bowl-shaped fountains, surrounded by the skaa quarter on three sides. The Lord Ruler presides over his public executions here; his black carriage parks at the centre of the platform, and the Inquisitors take the heads beside the fountains, which fill with the blood as a sign for the skaa too far away to make out the bodies.
