Oathgate Gatekeepers

Two enormous spren, tall as buildings, who stand above the Thaylen Oathgate platform in Shadesmar: one mother-of-pearl, the other an oily black with a variegated shimmer. They speak in voices that overlap as if one, and explain to Shallan that they are the device's gatekeepers — bound by Honor himself, the "parent" who is now dead, and so unable to grant her passage.
