The chamber inside Union where the Cinder King makes his Charred — a corridor lined with hundreds of sunhearts in wall slots leading into a workroom with strapping benches and an articulated spear tipped with a burning cinderheart that lowers onto a captive's chest. It sits beside Union's Reliquary at the city's centre, the two buildings paired like a temple and a forge. STD:TSM:Ch 48
