One of the Unmade identified in Hessi's Mythica. Hessi has little to say about him beyond that he leads people to indulge in excess; Shallan suspects he is the Unmade behind the Cult of Moments in Kholinar and the queen's behaviour in the months leading up to the riots. SA:OB:Ch 77
One of the Unmade, according to Wit — the spren that the inner circle of the Cult of Moments gathers around on the Oathgate platform each night, whose proximity drives its followers to feast and party themselves into hedonist excess. SA:OB:Ch 67 superseded at SA:OB:Ch 77
