A pre-Ascension figure named in Tindwyl's metalmind sources as one of the last survivors of the Council of Khlennium. His biography preserves a fragment of the actual prophetic text about the Rabzeen — one of Khlennium's names for the Hero of Ages — rather than the third-hand summaries the rest of the Keeper archive relies on.
