Midnight Moon

The moon that hangs above the Midnight Sea and rains down midnight spores to make it. From the deck of the Crow's Song it appears as a jet-black disc on the horizon — reflecting no light, seeming less an object than a void or a tunnel into nothing. When Tress first sees it rising she fears, irrationally, that it will keep growing until it consumes the entirety of the sky. STD:Tress:Ch 53
