Pahn Kahl
A conquered people whose homeland was rolled over and annexed by Hallandren in the Manywar; today nominally a province of Hallandren with no military of its own. The failed rebellion of Vahr was an overt push for independence; a quieter insurgency under Bluefingers, operating from inside the palace, has been engineering a war between Hallandren and Idris in the hope that the two conquerors will be too busy hating each other to look south. A dissident faction whose failed rebellion against Hallandren was led by Vahr. Their rising was crushed and their leader hauled to the God King's dungeons, where the priesthood is trying to break loose the Breaths he hoarded before they have to execute him.
