Perchwither

A bioluminescent fungus that grows in only one place on the planet — the kandra Homeland — and gives off a faint visible glow even after being scraped off and sealed in a vial. The powder Wax finds on the hem of Bleeder's discarded Pathian robes; MeLaan recognises it on sight, and is visibly sickened by what it implies about where Bleeder has been recently. MB2:SoS:Ch 17
