Forty years a Dakhor monk, Dilaf took her to Elantris to be healed when she fell ill; an AonDor working on her went wrong — he is certain it was deliberate — and her skin blackened, her hair fell out, and she screamed of an eating pain from inside until she threw herself off the city wall.
