Steamwell

A geothermal feature of Torio: a hole in the village ground from which a superheated jet of water periodically erupts. The water is collected on tiered bronze trays and funnelled to nearby homes; the rising steam nourishes migratory plants and clouds in the otherwise dry land. STD:YNP:Ch 2
