Wayne's mother, a thin, hollow-cheeked woman who pushes minecarts in the Tinweight mine after her husband was killed there. She is patient with her son's lying and pilfering, gentle in correcting him, and the only adult who tells him — and makes him believe — that he is a good boy. MB2:TLM:Prologue

- MB2:TLM:Prologue Comes home from a mine shift, finds the cards Wayne has stolen, makes him give them back, then tells him a Jak bedtime story before blowing out the lantern. The next day she does not come home.
