- MB2:SoS:Ch 4 Working the ballroom in person, walks the group through the bodies, names the dead, and accepts Wax's reading of the scene; agrees that the press cannot be kept out of this.
- MB2:SoS:Ch 5 Sleeves up, micromanaging Lieutenant Caberel, drinking scalding tea without flinching; reads the broadsheets as bad news and sends Marasi to the speech.
- MB2:SoS:Ch 7 Cuts Reddi off when he sneers at Marasi's knowledge of statutory rights, asks her to take the interrogation herself, and steps aside for Wax when he arrives.
