Excisor

The southern device — gifted to Allik's people by the Sovereign himself — that lets a Feruchemist or Allomancer press their ability into a medallion so that anyone without the gift can later tap it. Without an Excisor, no medallion can be made; with one, any Allomantic or Feruchemical ability can in principle be stored. MB2:BoM:Ch 21
