Franson
An Urteau skaa man, one of Durn's gambling crew, who approaches Spook in the street outside Durn's hideout to beg for help saving his seven-year-old sister Mailey. The woman they had left her with sold her to Quellion for the noble-blood bounty and she is days away from being burned. In exchange Franson and ten of his friends sift through the ash and char of an earlier execution-burning under Spook's orders. MB1:HoA:Ch 38
