A new strain the Set has bred from human stock with two Hemalurgic spikes through the shoulders: four-legged, long-necked, hairless and clothesless, with a face that combines a doglike snout and forward-set human eyes. Moonlight tells Marasi the line tracks like a hound but thinks almost like a person. The pack hunts the pair into the Community cavern, communicating in hooted calls that other voices answer from deeper in the tunnels. MB2:TLM:Ch 53
