Skimmer (southern airship)
also known as skimmer ship
The southern term for a small one-fan flier of Wilg's kind — slung beneath larger mother airships, run on ettmetal with an Allomancer pushing the impellers, used to ferry crew between ships and towers. Distinct from the Basin's Feruchemical skimmer, the same word in two unrelated tongues. MB2:BoM:Ch 22
