The name the broadsheets are using for a large, well-funded gang stealing entire freight-car contents off Elendel's railways without breaking the locks — and, more recently, robbing passenger cars and taking women hostage. A phantom railcar appears on the tracks to stop the train; by the time it reaches its destination one of its cars is empty. MB2:AoL:Ch 2
