Decoy Rocket

The empty shell of the rocket Wax and Wayne find atop the Shaw — engineers still fussing over it, floodlights blazing, Telsin standing serenely beside it. When Wax Pushes it over it falls hollow and clangs against the rooftop. The Set could never get the delivery rocket working in time and propped this husk in its place so the launchpad would still draw an enemy's eye. MB2:TLM:Ch 66
