An old tire factory on the Bilming perimeter beneath a stretch of the new high-speed rail, owned by Basin Tires — the firm that employed Tobal Copper. Mostly shut down, the Ghostbloods' watcher notes: very little ever ships out, but an oddly large number of deliveries come in — food and arms stockpiles, Marasi and Moonlight conclude, for the cavern underneath.
