The Everstorm
The Parshendi-called storm of red lightning that first met the cleansing highstorm over the Plains — and, the Stormfather confirms to Dalinar atop Urithiru, a new thing of old design that now *rounds the world* and carries the enemy's spren with it. *Any of the old people it touches will take on their new forms.* It will return regularly, like highstorms though less frequent. No longer just the death-rattle line — on the Oathgate dais at the centre of the Plains, Renarin names what is winding west into the wrong wind: the Everstorm.
