A title circulating among the skaa of Urteau for a new Survivor — patterned on the Survivor of Hathsin, but for Urteau's own burning-pit execution age under Quellion. Hope is starting to gather around the title: the Survivor of Hathsin came to overthrow the Lord Ruler, they say, so the Survivor of the Flames has surely come to overthrow the Citizen.
