The Canton of Inquisition
The branch of the Steel Ministry that fields the Inquisitors and held political tension with the Canton of Orthodoxy beneath it. Placed in charge of the Ministry as a whole by the Lord Ruler in the glass spire of Kredik Shaw when Kar used Vin's half-skaa parentage to prove the obligators could no longer be trusted.
